He is a former board member of The Hillman Company (NYSE-AMEX: HLM_P), Industrial Air Tool and Nobel Learning Communities (NASDAQ:NLCI).
He received a B.S.
from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania with a major in business and a concentration in accounting.
He passed the CPA exam in 1992 in the State of Delaware.
He is currently a board member of the Potomac River Keepers.
