David Eric Basner

Mr. David E.
Basner is an Independent Director at Senvest Capital, Inc. and a Chief Executive Officer at TAG Associates LLC.
He has over 25 years’ experience in asset management, private equity investing and investment banking, working with both institutional and high net worth clients.
Since joining TAG Associates in 2002, he has formalized TAG’s Portfolio Management Group as a division of TAG Associates.
Mr. Basner oversees the group’s professionals in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, risk management, fund administration and business development.
As CEO of TAG Associates, he has additional responsibility for all aspects of the company’s business.
He is a member of TAG’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining TAG Associates, he worked in private equity and investment banking at the firm of Arnhold and S.
Bleichroeder.
Mr. Basner received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Wharton School.
