David K. Barth

David K.
Barth was President of Barth Smith Co., which he founded in 1991.
He was a Faculty Member of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Barth was Vice President of Planning and Development of W.W.
Grainger, Inc. and Treasurer from 1979 to 1984.
He served as a Director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, a Member of the Executive Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee of Industrial Distribution Group, Inc. until August 6, 2008.
