David R. Dodge

Mr. Dodge has over thirty years of corporate experience in the Information Technology industry.
As an early founder at Sterling Commerce, he led their emergence as the premier provider of e-business integration solutions.
He has extensive c-level experience in all facets of running a successful technology company on a global basis including the evaluation, acquisition and integration of software and services companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific.
At CompuServe, he was instrumental in the launch of the CompuServe Information Service (CIS) and it’s expansion in Europe and Japan.
He also held management positions at General Electric Information Services and Ashland Chemical.
Dave has a B.S.
degree in Business from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A.
in Finance from Xavier University.
