Legg Mason Asset Management Hong Kong Ltd. (Legg Mason HK) is the asset management subsidiary of LM International Holdings, LP, ultimately owned by Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) in the US. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Legg Mason HK was founded in 1994 as Legg Mason Investments Hong Kong Ltd. They are a dedicated Hong Kong and China equities investment manager that provides discretionary investment management, investment advisory and related support services to a variety of institutional clients, including pensions, pooled investment vehicles, corporations, and government entities.

Congruix Investment Management, formerly known as Legg Mason International Equities (Singapore), is the investment management division within Legg Mason International Equities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Baltimore-based financial services holding company Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM). Congruix originated as Legg Mason Asset Management Asia and has been managing collective investment schemes in Singapore since 1995. Through a series of joint ventures and acquisitions, the firm has integrated Singaporean investment arms of Western Asset, Batterymarch and Rothschild Asset Management. Congruix manages and sub-advises Asia Pacific equities and mandates on behalf of institutions and retail investors, either as separate accounts or through unit trusts. Their fellow division Legg Mason Investments distributes Legg Mason's Singapore-domiciled unit trusts and Legg Mason's Luxembourg- and Dublin-domiciled mutual fund ranges.
