Previously, he worked for the Global Investment Banking Group of RBC Capital Markets following its 2001 acquisition of Tucker Anthony Sutro, where he specialized in middle market mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Prior to RBC, Mr. Collina was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BancBoston Robertson Stephens and previously, the financial advisory and auditing divisions of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.

from Brown University and MBA from Boston University.
