The firm was founded in 1994 and is a direct subsidiary of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., ultimately held by BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK). BFM manages assets for institutional and high net-worth clients, separate accounts, pooled investment vehicles, private investment funds and US registered investment companies.

MLAM manages the Merrill Lynch family of mutual funds, as and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual funds.

Wilshire Advisors LLC (Wilshire) is a privately-held investment technology and advisory firm headquartered in Santa Monica, California. The firm was founded by Dennis Tito in 1972 as Wilshire Associates, Inc. Wilshire provides innovative investment solutions, consulting services and multi-asset analytics to institutional and intermediary clients worldwide.

Founded in 1989, Baring North America LLC is a registered investment advisor located in Boston. The firm manages institutional assets on behalf of clients located in the US. They are a direct subsidiary of MassMutual Baring Holding LLC and their ultimate parent is Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.
