Mr. Aronson joined GSC Partners in 2006.
Prior to GSC, Mr. Aronson was hired by Barclays Capital to help establish its start-up CMBS Group.
Mr. Aronson was primarily responsible for the origination and structuring of real estate investments consisting of first mortgages, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity.
Prior to Barclays, Mr. Aronson was a Director with Credit Suisse First Boston (now Credit Suisse Group) in its Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group where he managed a team responsible for the origination and structuring of over $5 billion of real estate loans.
Mr. Aronson previously worked at Wells Hill Partners, a boutique Real Estate Investment Bank, and Chemical Bank (now Chase Manhattan Bank) in their Real Estate lending group where he completed the Chemical Bank Corporate Credit Training program.
Mr. Aronson graduated from Rutgers College with a B.A.
degree in History and from Columbia Business School with a M.B.A.
degree in Finance.
