Mr. Greenberg is a co-founder of the EGS Group and oversees all healthcare investment activity at the EGS Group.
Before co-founding the EGS Group, Mr. Greenberg was the head of healthcare industry research and the senior pharmaceutical industry analyst at Goldman Sachs for 15 years.
He was Institutional Investor’s #1-ranked pharmaceutical industry analyst for every year from 1982 to 1988.
Mr. Greenberg has served on several boards of directors of public and private companies in which EGS Partners has invested and is currently on the board of Genesis Pharmaceutical.
He holds an undergraduate degree in pharmacy from Brooklyn College of Pharmacy and an MBA from the City University of New York.
