Frederick Wolf

Fred serves as a Managing Director in Adams, Harkness & Hill’s Research Group.
In this role, he focuses on the Technology Manufacturing Solutions franchise, specifically on the semiconductor capital equipment process and metrology areas.
Since joining the firm in 1989, Fred has been recognized as one of the semiconductor industry’s leading analysts.
For the past six years, Fred has been a top-ranked analyst in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” edition.
He served as Adams, Harkness & Hill’s Director of Research from 1998 through 2000.
Prior to joining Adams, Harkness & Hill, Fred was a vice president at Mabon, Nugent, specializing in the semiconductor and electronics components industries.
Before joining Mabon, he was involved in several entrepreneurial enterprises both within and outside the electronics industry.
Fred holds a B.A. in Physics from the State University of New York, an M.A. in Physics from Brandeis University, and an M.S.
