Mr. Gary Kirshner is a Managing Director at CapFin Partners LLC.
Prior to joining CapFin Partners, Mr. Kirshner was a partner at Brightwell Capital Partners where he oversaw several successful restructuring and capital raising engagements for stressed middle market companies.
Prior to Brightwell, he was a Managing Director at Emporia Capital Management, LLC where he started and co-headed Emporia's middle market leveraged finance business.
Prior to Emporia, he managed the Middle Market Equity Sponsored Finance Group for Union Bank and he spent several years as a portfolio manager with ING Capital Advisors.
He has over 15 years of experience in middle market banking and leveraged finance.
Mr. Kirshner received his undergraduate degree in finance (cum laude) from California State University and his MBA from the Marshall Scholl of Business at the University of Southern California.
