Howard Alan Davis

Howard Alan Davis has served as a Director of Nephros, Inc. since September 2004 and serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets with The Shemano Group.
From 1997 to 2003, he served as Executive Vice President of GunnAllen Financial, Inc. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Davis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kensington Securities, Inc. Prior to joining Kensington Securities in 1990, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Numero Uno Franchise Corporation.
He is a former Instructor in Franchising at California State University and a former Member of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Compensation committees of Intelli-Check, Inc. Mr. Davis attended the University of Southern California, California State University, Northridge, and Kent State University, where he majored in Finance and Accounting.
