After working in the Chemistry Microprocessor Unit under Professor Albery he worked with MediSense Inc in the UK on the first electrochemical glucose sensor for diabetics.
In Australia, he worked for Memtec on the commercial exploitation of microfiltration systems.
He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a PhD from Imperial College.
