Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. is a holding and investments group. It operates through the following segments: Development of Residential Real Estate in Israel, Yielding Assets in Israel, Development of Yielding Properties and Assets in East Europe, Contractual Works, and Infrastructure. The Development of Residential Real Estate in Israel segment includes initiation of residential projects in Israel through acquisition of lands, constructing buildings, and selling of apartments. The Yielding Assets in Israel segment includes initiation, construction (including renovation and/or improvements), rental, and operating of buildings, mainly industrial, commercial, and offices, in Israel. The Development of Yielding Properties and Assets in East Europe segment includes development of residential properties, and initiation, construction, rental, and operating of industrial, office, and commercial buildings in Central and Eastern Europe. The Contractual Works segment includes the execution of residential and non-residential construction works. The Infrastructure segment includes construction and operating activities as a franchisee or construction activities as a main contractor of transport infrastructure such as roads, railways, and bridges. The company was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Yehud, Israel.
