Jamie Baillie

Before joining Credit Union Atlantic in 2004, Mr. Baillie served as Chief of Staff for three years, for the Office of the Premier of the Government of Nova Scotia.
Prior to that, he spent seven years working under different capacities at the Robertson Surrette Group of Companies, first as Vice-President of Finance for its subsidiary company CitiGroup Properties, Ltd., and then as Senior Partner at Ray & Berndtson/Robertson Surrette, where he was responsible for the Executive Search Division.
He had begun his career as a chartered accountant at Grant Thornton and later as Controller for FS Industries, Ltd., a multi-location building supply and property development and management company.
Mr. Baillie is a director of Dalhousie University Board of Governors, and the Halifax International Airport Authority.
He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Equifax Canada, Chair of the Board of Directors of Neptune Theatre Company and is a member of various charitable fundraising event Committees.
He is also a Board Member of The Public Sector Pension Investment I since March 2007.
Mr. Baillie holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).
