Jan S. Weir

Ms. Weir has served Harbert as Operations Manager, Senior Property Manager and Director of Property Management.
She currently oversees a portfolio of approximately 3 million square feet in the Southeast and Washington D.C.
Before joining Harbert, Ms. Weir worked more than seven years with Trammell Crow Company, managing 15 properties totaling one million square feet in office, retail, and service center space.
Ms. Weir attended the University of Nevada (UNLV) and the University of Alabama in Birmingham and obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1989.
