From June 2001 to July 2005, Mr. Morris was a Principle of Digital Media Consulting, Inc. From July 1999 to April 2001, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Yack, Inc. Mr. Morris was Senior Vice President-New Media and Technology Development of Showtime Networks from 1984 to 1999.
