Jeffrey Saye

Rimrock Capital Management LLC (Rimrock) is a registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in Irvine, California. The firm was founded by David Edington in 2001. They are a subsidiary of Rimrock Capital Management LP which is owned by the Edinston Living Trust. Rimrock serves as the General Partner and investment adviser to various private investment funds and separately managed accounts that are available to pension and profit-sharing plans, endowments, foundations, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and other business entities. Rimrock is a signatory to the United Nations Principals for Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Founded by Jeff Saye, Saye Capital Management LP is a hedge fund manager located in San Juan Capistrano, California. The firm is a subsidiary of Rimrock Capital Management LLC. They manage the Tranquility Fund LP.
