His financial expertise has contributed to the success of a wide range of clients.
After receiving a degree in English from Holy Cross in1963, Mr. Fogarty started his career with Fleet Bank.
He rose to the position of senior vice president at Fleet before co-founding Phoenix Investment Management in 1988.
Mr. Fogarty is Chairman of the Board of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Director of the Providence Boys & Girls Club and is the President of the Rhode Island Paralysis Foundation, an incorporator of the Providence Foundation.
Mr. Fogarty is a member of the St. Luke's Church Parish Council.
He has earned the designation Chartered Financial Analyst.
