Jim Reding

Mr. James T.
Reding is a Chief Executive Officer & Managing Member at Paradigm Financial Advisors LLC.
He has over twenty years of experience providing value added advice for our clients related to investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, asset protection and business sales.
He is a member of the National Association of Fee Only Personal Financial Advisors, Accredited Investment Fiduciary, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and Missouri Bar Association.
He volunteers his time to serve as a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee for the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood in O’Fallon, Missouri and served for many years on the Investment Committee for St. Alban Roe Catholic Church.
Mr. Reding started his career at Monsanto Company as a Financial Analyst in 1991 where he worked on Monsanto’s 401(k) Plan, Stock Option Plan, Pension Plan and Mergers & Acquisitions.
After leaving Monsanto in 1999, he founded Castle Financial Advisory, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm.
He acquired Paradigm Financial Advisors in 2011 and merged the two companies under the Paradigm Financial Advisors name.
He attended Rockhurst University on an athletic scholarship for soccer and graduated with honors with a B.S.B.A.
in Finance and Economics.
Jim received his Law Degree from St. Louis University School of Law, he graduated with Cum Laude in 1995.
