Ms. Joanne R.
Ratkai is a Principal at Praxis Advisory Group, Inc. She joined Praxis Advisory Group, Inc. in June 2007.
Between 1993 and 2007, she served different roles in the Compliance and Legal Departments of Fiserv Trust Co. (previously known as First Trust Corporation), in Denver, Colorado.
These roles included Senior Compliance Specialist, Vice President of Compliance, and Vice President – General Counsel.
She was corporate Secretary of Fiserv’s Trust Industrial Bank from 2006 to 2007.
Ms. Ratkai was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Colorado Trust Companies, a trade association representing trust companies chartered under Colorado law.
She represented Fiserv Trust Co. on the Board, and was also Secretary of the Association between 2005 and 2007.
Prior to her work at Fiserv Trust Co., she was an attorney in private practice, a vice president of Praxis Advisory Group, Inc. and an assistant vice president in the legal department of Integrated Resources Equity Corp., a financial services firm based in New York City.
Ms. Ratkai received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1990, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from the University of Washington in 1980.
