Joel K. Howser

Mr. Howser joined the Company in February 1997 as Vice President - Marketing.
In December of 1997 Mr. Howser assumed the responsibility of Vice President - Product Development.
Prior to joining the Company, from 1989 through 1996 he was director of development for Unisys in its image program.
Mr. Howser had twenty years of experience in transaction processing and OCR/image development prior to joining Unisys.
He is currently Vice President - Software Development.
