AMP Capital Investors Ltd. (AMPCI) is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of AMP Capital Holdings Ltd., ultimately held by financial group AMP Ltd. (ASX: AMP) in Australia. Founded in 1849 as the non-profit Australian Mutual Provident Society, the group is an Australian superannuation provider and asset manager. The firm is headquartered in Sydney with additional offices in New Zealand, Dubai, China, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, UK and the US. They were one of the first to invest in infrastructure when they participated in the financing of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1988. AMPCI is a socially responsible investor which manages a range of unlisted and listed infrastructure investments in Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand as well as life insurance, institutional and mutual funds for the AMP group.

Northcape Capital Pty Ltd. is an independent boutique fund manager headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded in 2005 by Rob McWilliams, Rob Inglis, Craig McCourtie and Steve Gliddon. They were previously registered as Highbridge Capital, but they changed its name to avoid confusion with a US-based hedge fund called Highbridge Capital Management. The firm manages Australian and international concentrated, high quality equity portfolios for a range of clients which includes financial institutions, superannuation funds, family offices and high net-worth individuals.
