Julian H. Baumann

Mr. Julian H.
Baumann, Jr., is Secretary at The Nemours Foundation.
Mr. Baumann joined the Nemours Board of Managers, Delaware, in 1994 and currently serves as its Secretary.
He lives in Wilmington and is a director of the law firm of Richards, Layton and Finger.
He is a member of the South Carolina and Delaware Bars and the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, and past Chairman of the Section of Taxation of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Wilmington Tax Group.
Mr. Baumann is a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, past President of The Committee of 100, and past Chairman of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Holding Company Committee.
Mr. Baumann received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University, a JD degree from the University of South Carolina and an LLM degree in taxation from New York University.
