Harvest Global Investments Ltd. (HGI) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (HFM), an asset management company headquartered in China. Founded in 2008, HGI provides discretionary portfolio management services to their clients, sometimes with the assistance of HFM, serving as the investment adviser to pooled investment vehicles sponsored by other financial firms. They also provide investment advisory services on behalf of sophisticated institutional investors to separately managed accounts.

DWS Investments Hong Kong Ltd. (DWS HK) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based asset management subsidiary of DWS Group GmbH & Co KGaA, ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), a multi-national financial services company headquartered in Germany. DWS HK provides advisory services which include research reports and analysis conducted for listed securities in certain APAC locations and may also include recommendations on transacting such securities. This service is provided to DWS HK’s affiliated advisers, which in turn provide advisory services to their US clients and non-US clients. The firm also provides discretionary investment advisory and management services with respect to separately managed accounts, as well as private equity funds focused on sustainable investments strategies.
