Len LaPorta

Mr. LaPorta has extensive experience in medical device and aerospace contract manufacturing industries.
He was the owner of Crystal R&D, which he built through acquisitions around Boston’s hi-tech 495 manufacturing corridor and sold in 2006.
Crystal R&D utilized the latest CNC technology and was named a worldwide supplier for C.R.
Bard.
Mr. LaPorta has advised business owners on M&A, capital raising, business strategy and general operations for nearly a decade.
Previously, he was Manager of Fixed Income Trading for Putnam Investments and State Street Global Advisors in which he supervised investment operations with over $200 billion of assets under management and nearly $12 trillion of dollar value trades from 1996 until 2000.
Mr. LaPorta is a graduate of U.S.
Naval Academy and earned an MBA from Boston College.
