They offers various China equity, fixed income and money market strategies through a wide range of investment vehicles including equity funds, index funds, hybrid funds, guaranteed funds, bond funds, money market funds and QDII (Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor) funds.

ICBC UBS is an active, long-term manager which follows a value-oriented investment approach. They construct diversified portfolios invested in money market instruments, bonds and domestic equity. Their products include a Chinese equity fund and a fixed-income fund. The bulk of the assets in the bond fund are invested in the Chinese fixed-income market, complemented with A-share IPOs on the primary market. The firm employs a multi-step bottom-up securities selection process. Stocks are selected according to criteria such as performance, competitive position, and market share. Research is performed in-house as well as shared with Crédit Suisse. Investment decisions are taken by an investment committee.
