Loren R. Miller

Loren R.
Miller joined SurModics, Inc. in 1999 as Controller and became Vice President and Controller in March 2003.
Prior to SurModics, he served as Controller of Northwest Athletic Clubs.
Mr. Miller was Controller of Executive Aviation, Inc. from 1996 to 1998.
He served as Controller of Mesaba Aviation, Inc. from 1988 until 1995.
Mr. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant.
He received a BS degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from Minnesota State University in 1988.
