Padolina is currently the Vice Chairman, President & Chief Academic Officer at Centro Escolar University since 2006.
She is also the Vice Chairman & President at Las Piñas College.
Additionally, she holds positions as Director at Centro Escolar University Hospital, Inc. and Centro Escolar Integrated School, Inc. Furthermore, she is a Professor at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
In terms of education, Dr. Padolina holds a doctorate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a graduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila, and an undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines.
