Mr. Mark Morley is Senior Director & Head-Corporate Communications at Fitch Ratings Ltd.
Previously, he was Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs for the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority, the legal and financial regulatory body for international banks and financial institutions.
Prior to spending three years with the Qatar Financial beginning in 2007, he held senior communications roles with a number of international organizations including Schlumberger WesternGeco, the Catholic Church, and Weber Shandwick.
Mr. Morley received an MA in International Relations from the University of Keele and a BSC in Social Science from the University of Birmingham.
