Mr. Mathew R.
Young, CFA, is a Head of Foreign Exchange & Investment Implementation at ANZ New Zealand Investments Ltd.
He is responsible for the implementation of investment decisions across KiwiSaver, retail, private bank and wholesale portfolios.
He also leads the research for setting the strategic direction of foreign exchange positions for the portfolios and is involved in the wider strategy discussions.
He has been involved in the funds management industry for over 18 years, and joined ANZ in 2002.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Young worked for a variety of firms in London including Old Mutual Fund Management and Hemscott.net.
He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato and is a CFA charterholder.
