Menno van der Meer

Menno joined the Bencis team in February 2007.
He has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers within the corporate finance department for 11 years, the last 4 years as a partner.
Within PwC corporate finance Menno was responsible for the Consumer & Industrial Products and Services sector clients as well as the private equity sponsors relationships.
Menno has been involved in a large number of M&A transactions, some of which involved Bencis, either in an acquisition or a sale.
Before joining PwC corporate finance Menno worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen for 5 years.
He holds a MSc degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant ("Registeraccountant").
