Prentiss has been a Trustee of Brandywine Realty Trust since January 5, 2006.
Mr. Prentiss was Chairman of Prentiss Properties Trust and Chief Executive Officer until October 1996.
He founded Prentiss Properties Trust.
Mr. Prentiss has over 28 years experience in real estate development, acquisitions and investment management.
From 1978 to 1987, Mr. Prentiss was President of Cadillac Urban Development, Inc., an Executive Vice President and a Director of the Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and a Member of Cadillac Fairview's Executive Committee.
Mr. Prentiss was President of Ackerman Development Co. He received a graduate degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a BA degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
