Prior to Qumra, she was the COO and CFO of MAOZ, an Israeli NGO dedicated to building a network of diverse leaders, where she founded and led the resource development and finance teams.
Prior to joining MAOZ, Michal completed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cadets’ Course and served as a diplomat.
Michal is a lawyer who holds a BA in Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
