Niko Ratala

Niko is the Chief Operating Officer of ShawKwei & Partners.
He leads the financial and accounting, investment processing, administrative functions of ShawKwei.
Niko has over 15 years of experience in global financial leadership with Rolls-Royce and Kongsberg Group as the regional CFO in Asia, and building shared service centres through simplification, standardisation, and automation.
Niko is an ACMA, CGMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and a CPA (Australia).
He received a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland).
