Patti Riordan

Ms. Patti Riordan is Controller at White Oak Partners, Inc. Prior to joining White Oak Partners, Ms. Riordan provided CFO consulting services to a variety of clients in the real estate, not-for-profit, and service industries.
Ms. Riordan worked for twelve years as Senior Vice President and Controller for The Pizzuti Companies, a regional real estate development and management company.
During her tenure with Pizzuti, she developed a strong accounting team able to respond to the increasingly difficult demands of both external and internal reporting for both institutional and individual investors.
Previously, Ms. Riordan was Controller for two international manufacturers; one privately held one public focusing on the operational and reporting challenges inherent with multi-location operations.
she started her career in banking as a Fiscal Officer with Huntington National Bank in Central Ohio.
Ms. Riordan is a graduate of Franklin University with a BSBA in Accounting and a graduate of Ohio University’s MBA program.
