Feinstein was Chief Financial Officer of Delcath Systems, Inc. from October 2003 to December 16, 2008.
From 1991 to 2002, he was Vice President of Finance for the New York Road Runners in New York.
From 1988 to 1990, he was Controller of Mechanical Plastics, Inc. Prior to that, he held various senior financial positions with Holmes Protection Services, Jewelers Protection Services, Parade Publications and Coopers & Lybrand.
He is licensed to practice law in New York State.
Mr. Feinstein received a BBA from Pace College, an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law and graduated from Albany Law School of Union University.
