As Chief Operating Officer, Paul’s hard work, dedication and tireless efforts have helped Heritage grow and refine its various ventures.
Paul’s managerial responsibilities include integrating all aspects of sales, personnel, inventory, security and MIS for Heritage Rare Coin Galleries and Heritage Numismatic Auctions, Inc., Heritage Comics and Currency Auctions of America along with other affiliates.
His major accomplishments have included: Overseeing the hardware migration from mainframe to PC network and software migration of all inventory and sales systems.
Supervising the implementation and growth of a major internet presence.
Management of a successful employee-suggestion program that generates 200 or more ideas each month - a program that started in 1995 and has helped increase employee productivity, expand business, and has improved employee retention.
