Richard M. Goff

Mr. Goff has been active in the private equity, corporate finance and merchant banking fields since 1983.
Mr. Goff has held partnership level positions in three Midwest-focused private equity firms including Doan Associates, MBW Venture Partners and Merchants Capital Corporation (co-founder).
Mr. Goff has broad experience in management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity financings in light manufacturing, distribution and service businesses and has served on over a dozen company boards.
Immediately prior to joining Alpha Capital, Mr. Goff operated his own financial advisory services business, providing growth and/or acquisition capital advisory services to middle-market companies.
Mr. Goff received a BA magna cum laude from Alma College and is a registered CPA.
