First Horizon Advisors, Inc. (FHA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. The firm is the successor-in-interest to First Tennessee Advisory Services, Inc. (FTAS), which was founded in 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Tennessee Bank National Association, now known as First Horizon Bank (First Horizon). First Horizon is a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Horizon National Corporation (FHNC), a financial services holding company. In 2013, FTAS merged with and into its affiliated broker-dealer, First Tennessee Brokerage, Inc., and the combined entity was renamed FTB Advisors, Inc. In October 2019, FTB Advisors changed its name to First Horizon Advisors, Inc. FHA provides investment advisory services to individuals, high net-worth individuals, financial institutions, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable organizations, corporations, or other business entities, trusts or estates.
