Alberta Investment Management Corp. (AIMCo) is the investment management subsidiary of State-owned Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta. The firm was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. AIMCo manages investments on behalf of public sector pension, endowment and special purpose funds as designated by the Alberta Ministry of Finance and Enterprise.
