Sean O'Leary

Prior to joining in MLSV, Mr. O’Leary worked at U.S.
Civilian Research and Development Foundation, where he developed and managed a grants program to provide funding to Russian technology start-ups and to support the development of strategic partnerships for these companies in the U.S.
Mr. O’Leary received an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky and he received a BA in History from Centre College in Kentucky.
