Mr. Steven T.
Campbell is Vice President at Columbia Property Trust (Private Equity).
He joined Columbia Property Trust in 2013.
Mr. Campbell has nearly 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to Columbia Property Trust, He worked as a Senior Asset Manager for Wells Real Estate Funds for 10 years.
His previous work experience includes serving as Vice President-Sales for Land America Financial Group, where he marketed commercial real estate transaction services to REITs, pension funds, institutional owners, lenders and attorneys.
He also held the position of Executive Vice President-Property Management and Operations for Ackerman & Co. Prior to that, he spent eight years with COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in the position of Regional Vice President of Property Management/Operations.
Mr. Campbell received B.A.
in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude), Oglethorpe University.
He is a member of the Atlanta chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.
He also is a licensed Georgia real estate broker.
