THEAM SAS (THEAM) is the investment management subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (XP: BNP, ADR: BNPQY) in France. Created in 2011 when the SIGMA division of BNP Paribas Asset Management and Harewood Asset Management merged on the initiative of BNPP CIB's Equity Derivatives teams, THEAM is based in Paris and specializes in index, active systematic, guaranteed and alternative investments for a range of clients including institutions, distribution networks, sovereign funds, funds of funds, private banks and corporates.

BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Luxembourg SA (BNP Luxembourg) is the Luxembourg-based fund administration subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (PA: BNP, ADR: BNPQY) in France. Established in 1988, BNP Luxembourg provides fund administration services to issuers, financial intermediaries and institutional investors. They are a socially responsible investor which applies Environmental, Sustainability and Governance criteria to all their mutual funds.
