Thomas F. McIntyre

The International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers is a union that represents craftworkers in the trowel trades across the United States. The non-profit company is based in Washington and has subsidiaries in the United States. The American company has been using Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) or Community Workforce Agreements (CWAs) for almost 70 years to ensure that large private and public projects are completed on schedule and within budget, problems are addressed without disruptions, and decent jobs are created for skilled building tradesworkers. The company was founded in 1865 and has been providing support to its members affected by natural or other disasters through the BAC Disaster Relief Fund.
