Mr. Timothy A.
Ayles is a Head of Credit Research at Five Arrows Managers LLP.
He joined Rothschild & Co and the R&Co CM (Europe) team in 2005 and responsible for overseeing all new credit recommendations and the monitoring of the portfolio by the Credit Research team.
He chairs the R&Co CM (Europe) Credit Forum, the first stage of the credit-approval process, and also sits on the R&Co CM (Europe and North America) Investment Committee.
Mr. Ayles has a wide range of experience investing in senior secured leveraged loans, high yield bonds, subordinated debt and commercial property loans.
He has an MA (Oxon) in Theology from the University of Oxford.
