Todd Pearlman

Prior to joining Divco West, Mr. Pearlman served as Director of Leasing and Management for Yale USA, overseeing a national portfolio consisting of office, R&D and industrial properties in San Diego, San Francisco, Boston and Houston.
Prior to Yale USA, Mr. Pearlman was the Founder and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Apartments on Video, a leading regional provider of apartment rental marketing.
Mr. Pearlman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
