Aramea Asset Management AG (Aramea) is an independent asset management firm headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. The firm was founded in 2007 by Thomas Gollub and Markus Barth. In 2023, they were acquired by PATRONAS Financial Systems GmbH, a subsidiary of niiio finance group AG (ETR: NIIN). The firm manages the Aramea retail funds and provides tailor-made investment solutions for institutional clients as well as wealth management for selected private clients. Amundi Deutschland GmbH is the German asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue La Boëtie’s Credit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA; ADR: CRARY) in France. The firm was founded in 1969 and was formerly known as Pioneer Investments Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Headquartered in Munich, Amundi Deutschland specializes in managing mutual funds and segregated accounts for institutional investors, private investors and advisors. They are a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and incorporate ESG issues in their investment analysis and decision processes.
