Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. hat am 30. September 2022 das Excess & Surplus Lines Geschäft von Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. für $40 Millionen übernommen. Das Management und die 176 Mitarbeiter des Hallmark E&S-Geschäfts in Dallas, Atlanta und Jersey City werden zu Core Specialty wechseln. Zusätzlich zur Übernahme des Hallmark E&S-Teams wird Gerald A. Dupre, Jr., Präsident und Chief Underwriting Officer des Hallmark Specialty Commercial Segmentes, eine Führungsrolle bei Core Specialty im kombinierten Excess & Surplus Lines Geschäft übernehmen.
