Addison Dufour

Addison Dufour is a corporate attorney who focuses her practice on transactional and general corporate matters.
In her role as a Legal Associate, Addison participates as a key member of deal teams, negotiating transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence on behalf of DRI Healthcare.
Prior to joining DRI Healthcare in March 2023, Addison practiced as a corporate and M&A attorney at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, where she provided legal counsel to stakeholders across a variety of industries, including healthcare.
Addison represented private equity funds, strategic investors, high net worth individuals, and medical practice management companies, among others, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity deals, commercial business arrangements, corporate governance, and other related matters.
Outside of her corporate practice, Addison has a commitment to public service and has represented human trafficking survivors, domestic violence survivors, and tenants seeking housing rights, pro bono.
Addison holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as an executive editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law, and additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
